They must always be updated with the constantly evolving technologies in the market and constantly learn new skills by attending university courses, seminars, conferences etc. You will also be asked to read industry-related magazines, and some may need new training and education or junior network engineers. Occasionally they also have to go to the offices of the suppliers or customers.
